I have a male yorkie/maltese and he doesn't mark in the house but he goes everywhere Lexie pees and marks outside. If you really want this dog, I would get him neutered as soon as you can, and just potty train him to go outside, all dogs are different but if he is housetrained and neutered early the chance are he will not mark in the house.....
