Okay...let me start with the first question.....how do you make your dogs take their medicine..I am supposed to be giving Maximus 1/4 of a pill of hydrocordone and his liquid medicine everyday for 10 days. 1st day---chopped up the pill and put a little water so I could squirt in his mouth..NO GOOD, 2nd day (today) chopped up pill and put on his nutrical...better, are there any other suggestions for pill medicine? The liquid has basically just come down to be squirting it in between his teeth because his jaw just locks...lol
Next question.....how long before they can go to the groomer (how old)....and does anyone have any suggestions in Staten Island or NYC area...are the vets usually good with stuff like that or a Petsmart? The vet says he has some little hairs in his ears and I can't bring myself to hurt him by plucking them out
