That's the hardest part...hahaha but what i have learned is that sometimes we put the cotton in a way the hurts them, that's why they won't stop untill they get it out. You should use only enough cotton to cover the ear canal without getting too deep into the ear. They will still shake their heads during the bath, that's why i keep it handy so i can always replace. Mojo already had ottite and now i am extra carefull with his ears...
