 Check your local shelter
I live in KC and the Lawrence Animal Shelter used (I think they still do) to give subsidies to help people pay for spays. It's worth a shot to check with your local shelter. You have to show financial need, but it just included filling out a form and giving your annual income. Just a thought. |
