Are you using the 'manage attachments' button below the box where you post? All I do is resize my pictures in my editing program to 600 x450, I click on 'manage attachments', fill in the folder name where I saved them, click on the picture and make sure it's being sent in .jpg format...click 'upload' and when it's all done click the 'submit post' button.
