Sounds like a little ball of energy! He'll start to calm down eventually, even in the next few months probably. Are there any chews that he likes that you could give him so he could just settle down and chew beside you or something? Oscar is sleeping in my lap as I type this and he's always been a big cuddlebug - he definitely has his engergetic playful times too though, but he's got a good balance.
