Its cool isn't it! I know loads of people with birthdays the day before and day after but never on the 28th! Im sure Simon and Hallie will look gorgeous with their new cuts, mind you they are such cuties they would look good in anything!
Make sure you take loads of pics, I cant wait to see them! Lucy was due to be cut again today, but we have had to move it, so she will just have to be a little longer for a couple of weeks
