i think you should first call the doctor personally just in case he misunderstood or something and asked him which one he did, then check with the front desk to see if they made a mistake on the billing...and if it turns out that it wasnt a mistake and they lied then i'd report it to who ever regulates this stuff....not only is it not right to charge you for something you didnt have and lied about it...but especially something as big as a surgery. that's unheard of. and what's up with the staples?
