Try contacting one of these. I don't know if they are very far from you but if anything they can tell you what your options are.
With your baby being so young, it may be a surgery you may want to consider. I had a poodle that got cataracts by the age of 2 she was almost completely blind. My dad decided to have them removed and she lived to be 15. She did start to loose her eye sight again as she reached her golden years but my dad felt it was worth it.
I don't know what the cost will be but phone consultations are free so there is no finances involved in making the calls (unless you count the phone bill!).
I know what ever you decide to do, Chi-Wee will make the adjustments needed and be just fine.
