I am planning on purchasing a yorkie ..I found one out of state I have to pay first ..Now my question is ..He wants me to send monies This is what he told me ... through Express Pets Delivery on next day delivery. Go ahead and make the payment to the shipping agent with the information I gave to you through Western union .
Does this sound like a scam or does it usually work this way.???.
