I'm glad things are starting to work out. Maybe under your watchful eye, Parker will finally "get it" and not go in the house. Just another idea, since sometimes it's hard to grab them once they start to go in the house, I used a can with coins, or just yelled "NO" very loud, enough to startle them to stop and put them on their pads. It really did help. Doesn't help with the barking, but did help with the potty training.
