When this happened to Brandy I just rubbed in the 1 % lotrimen cream a couple times per day for a couple weeks. I think the hair all grew back within a month or so. Now the hair on her ears looks completely normal. She does still have some darkened skin areas though. I never did find out what actually caused this. I'm assuming some type of fungus since an antifungal cream resolved it.
