Hi,
my mom recently adopted a yorkie male, 3yrs old, from a friend. The dog was in terrible condition; very wirey stiff hair, terrible haircut, long toenails, and it has NO hair on the backside of his ears. I got her to switch lots of things that his previous owner did such as his food from 'puppy chow purina' to 'Nutro Natural Choice' and she adds a supplements to the food. The shampoo from 'Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo' to 'PetGuard' all natural and conditioning shampoo. It has been about a month now, and I look at his ears every week hoping for an improvement on hair growth, i'm not sure if i'm just hoping it grows so badly i'm 'seeing' new baby hair growth or not.
Exactlly what is leather ear. Thanks.
