Yes, they do look similar. Where did you get Scampers? He is adorable. Oscar's Mom and I were having the same type of idea..we think Ziggy and Oscar look alike! We figured out they are probably not closely related. However, we did agree that we have a couple of cute kids.
I will check to make sure Scampers and Ziggy are pup pals on Dogster.
