What size is she and how much did she weigh before hand?
IMO any dog that has needed a c-section in the past because they could not give birth naturally should not be bred again. Odds are that they will need another c-section. To put a dog through multiple c-sections IMO would be immoral. We have to put their best intrests first and we honestly never know if we're giving them enough or too much pain meds since they're not able to talk to communicate to us very well. Good vets usually would recommend getting her spade.

C-sections are major surgery. I am glad that your girl is doing well. I'm also glad that you asked this question, I can tell that you love your little girl. Congratulations on the puppies.
