Actually, I am pretty sure it was our next door neighbor. The house we moved into was given to us to take over payments by my then stepfather. The neighbor's daughter was evicted for 5 months of non-payment before we moved in. They were sooooo pleasant to us for the entire 3 years we lived there!!
