I really think I would like to try Weight Watchers and see how that would work. Not sure I would like to go to meetings, but it might be interesting. I have alot to lose. Everyone thinks I weigh less than what I actually weigh no matter what my weight (I guess I carry it well), but I'm over 200 lbs and want to take it off so bad. I did try the South Beach diet 2 years ago and lost 50 lbs really fast, but I gained it all back except for 10 lbs. I hate being fat!!!
When I did WeightWatchers, I only went to 3 or 4 meetings, bought the books, and learned how to do it. Then I just did it on my own. It works REALLY well! You can eat whatever you want to and how ever much you want to. The way it works is that every food has a certain number of points and you can only eat a certain number of points per day. Some foods have zero points. So, if you get hungry, you just eat something with zero points! So, you're never hungry! A lot of condiments have zero points, too.
