I would not breed her again if she had to have a C-section with the first litter. There are so many complications that can arise under normal delivery circumstances, let alone dealing with a surgical procedure that can endanger the mom and pups. It probably just wouldn't be worth it to take the chance again. Too many variables can happen. Best of luck to you.
