I thought about trying all...Nutri System, Jenny Craig, etc., but cooking is not my favorite thing to do and if I was on one of those plans with prepackaged meals, I'm afraid my hubby and son would starve to death...LOL
I really think I would like to try Weight Watchers and see how that would work. Not sure I would like to go to meetings, but it might be interesting. I have alot to lose. Everyone thinks I weigh less than what I actually weigh no matter what my weight (I guess I carry it well), but I'm over 200 lbs and want to take it off so bad. I did try the South Beach diet 2 years ago and lost 50 lbs really fast, but I gained it all back except for 10 lbs. I hate being fat!!!
