I wouldn't risk it. Getting the stitches wet can cause them to break down and it could cause problems... (ie. The incision could open up or she could get some kind of infection). I wouldn't risk it.

I'd use a wet washcloth and wipe down what you can while avoiding the incision or go to the pet store and get the "waterless" shampoo or wipes.

I just toughed it out with my boy... I kept putting dog colonge on him but he was still smelly (he gets that dog smell REALLY bad - Pixie doesn't though, it's weird). The second we got back from the vet from having them removed he went straight in the sink!
