I'm guessing here, but it could be that if she is eating more of the canned food, there is enough water in the canned that she isn't thirsty? If the vet thinks it might be low blood sugar, you might want to consider using NutriCal a few times a day.
I would continue trying the dry foods in the hope that she might eventually start eating it again. Perhaps try some other brands (if you can get samples). If you are unhappy with her eating just the Ceasar, perhaps try some boiled chicken and rice and cook for her.
