I did email the breeder and an hour later she called me. She had no idea that Lily had this, and was very apologetic about it. She is a groomer and seems to think it came from a cocker that was in her house that she thought just had a bad case of fleas but said it had bad flaky skin, so maybe that was it. She was going to check all of her dogs, she hasn't noticed them itching and call her vet. Lily has been such a good little girl today, she eats plays then sleeps for a couple of hours. I am going to try the crate a couple more nights and see how it goes, when crate training my other dogs it took a few nights of no sleep to get them adjusted, so I knew I wouldn't be sleeping for a while. It is just like having a newborn human baby. I can always put her in the kitchen that is gated and wood floors with paper later on if it doesn't work. I also ordered a poochie bell the other day, I can't wait to start with it. I hope my other two will use it too.
