Trixie is an international traveler. I took her with me from Wisconsin to Europe over Xmas last year. I was really worried ahead of time, but it ended up being a great experience.
It was well worth it for me. Trixie did sooooo well, didn't make a peep and most passengers around me didn't even know I had a dog with me. I was a little worried at first because she seemed kind of freaked out by the whole experience. She didn't have an accident in her bag. In fact, she held it for 14 hours straight (but peed a puddle under the Xmas tree outside Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam
) I gave her little bits of treat and nutrical underway to keep her bloodsugar up. I also made her drink a little water every hour or so.
