Sounds like you all had a great time. I am glad that Coco is ok. I bet that was scary.
My Mom is not a dog person either but she has always loved my dogs. I hope you don't mind but I wanted to share a funny story with you about my Mom. I had a toy poodle at the time. I was living on a pretty steep hill at the time and my Mom and I decided to leave her house and go to mine. Well the brakes went out on the truck and we ended up sideways looking over a hill. My Mom panicks grabs my poodle and starts to jump out of the truck. I was like Mom stop it is ok. We where fine but it did scare the crap out of me. I started laughing and ask if she was going to save the dog and leave me in there to die.
