Also, the vet says to wait at least 2 days before and after applying Frontline to wash the dogs.. Is that true? Can I still wash them weekly?
Since I am applying it to two dogs, should I do anything special to prevent them from getting into each others neck areas?
Thanks! |
I would not blow dry them. That might cause the medicine to evaporate and it needs to get to their skin. Yes, you do need to wait 2 days before and after applying Frontline for a bath. You could give your dog a bath, wait 2 days, apply frontline, then give him another bath 2 days after that. That is 6 days, so you can still give him his weekly bath. I would watch your dogs and make sure they don't lick each other's neck area or anything. Otherwise, no special precautionary measures should be taken.
