***PREMIERE*** 9P et/pt: Bikini, Fella, and Winston & Oliver
Winston, a two-year-old Yorkie, attacks his own leash, plants, and one-year-old fellow Yorkie, Oliver. Then, Cesar meets a championship bull terrier named Bikini, who has a dangerous habit of attacking bigger dogs. Plus, another owner may be evicted because her dog, Fella, constantly barks while she is at work.
