Our yard is fenced in at home but only the deck is at our cabin, so when we take them out there they're on a leash 100% of the time.
Since the road in front of our house is pretty far away, we used to let Mocha off-leash for a quick pee a few years ago. However, with wildlife around and with the chance that she could run, I thought that it just wasn't worth the risk. It's a little annoying having to hook them up every time, but it's well worth it. |
