I am not sure when she had her pups, how old are they? Often the dams will get a loose stool the first few days after having puppies especially if they eat the afterbirth. If you are feeding something a little different because she has whelped that can throw them off.
You are limited to what you can give her as she is nursing pups. Pedialyte which is a electolyte solution for babies or kids will often work pretty good. Do you have pedilyte in your Chemist shops where you are in England or a product like it?
If you do, about 3 cc's about 3 or 4 times a day for a couple of days should work. You can't give it more than 3 days in a row.
