I'd say to let them outside if you can every hour or two to get them accustomed to pooping and peeing outside, which is a start to potty training in my opinion. Some owners crate their Yorkies all the time in the first few months, which we never did, but it worked for them. I'd say just be stern when they boo-boo and praise like crazy and reward them when they pee in the right places!
