I went thru a bout of this with my older yorkie in the fall. I thought it was ok to give her meats from the table and other doggie treats but I learned the hard way. The vet called her the miracle dog- he has no idea how she made it- her lipase levels were off the roof. She is now the picture of health! She is on 1 Tbsp. canine I/D wet food mixed with 1 Tbsp pastina and 1/4 cup of wellness dry food. She gets this twice a day and looks great. I am soooo sorry to hear of your loss. Other yorkie lovers please heed this warning!!!!!!!
