Welcome! I would be so mad!! My groomer always ask me exactly what I want cut and I tell her I am keeping her in a long coat so just trim ears and hygene and Ieven keep her feet on the long side.Even when Cali was so matted after her surgery I tld the groomer I would pay her what ever she wanted if she could get the mats out with sacrificing as little coat as possible and not hurting Cali. She got all the mats out and didn't cut her hair. Cali was just groomed Thursday and she did a great job in 90 minutes. I would shop around for another groomer. |
