We have blue cross and I was prepared for a longer wait but, they base it now on the drs recommendation and medical necessity. So I was very relieved. Have her to just go to her dr complaining of neck, back and shoulder paid that is pretty much constant and see if they can recommend a plastic surgeon, that's all I did.
Tell her good luck and I would most definitely try it and see if it works.
