Sounds like you could be right. I would call my vet and have her checked to make sure. This way if she needs anything - you have her there.

Also IMO = I would have her spayed and just enjoy her as a pet. If she is only 4 pounds - she is very small to be breeding (may end up with C-section or something else when they are small like that).
