I just read this post. I do know that grapes are very toxic to dogs and my mother who did not know that give Zoe some but he was fine because I guess she only gave him a small amount. I made sure this didn't happen again. I don't even buy grapes anymore.
I suggest that you get to an emergency vet and let us know how your pup is.
