It is his nature to do "naughty things". Refrain from using a flyswatter on him. Use a belly band instead. He will probably still try but be unsuccessful. I would think that swatting him when he is doing what is in his nature, you are letting him know he is not supposed to be doing that and when you are ready to breed him, he might not for fear he will get swatted. How old is Mason and Mia? I would either quit free feeding them or feed Mia first, and then feed Mason. You could also feed in separate rooms.
