From reading other posts (absolutely no personal knowledge) it looks like we just have to wait & see. Little Bit was 13 oz. when I got her at 10 weeks (which I now know is too young) Then she weighed l.25 at 12 weeks, l.4# at 13 weeks and now at 14 weeks, she weighs 2#. By the way, the breeder told me she didn't think she'd be two pounds full grown. The vet also said by looking at her teeth, he wasn't sure she was as old as I was told. So I have no idea what size she will be. It looks like some of them just quit growing & others are just like the energizer bunny & just keep on growing & growing. I had had a Yorkie years ago that got to 10# and his ears never stood up so I paid a bundle for this one to try to be sure that wouldn't happen because once you get them if they turn out to be a Great Dane, you couldn't let them go.
She may have grown so much last week because she had had coccidia and I think we are finally getting that straightened out. Who knows? Sorry to ramble so long.
