A lot of places charge a restocking fee (sometimes 10.00 or more) which makes it sooo not worth the time, money, or effort to return something - I guess they do that on purpose. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with them - there's nothing worse than ordering something online, getting excited about your purchase, only to find that it's not exactly what you were looking for - and to top it off with bad customer service...
Is it too late to keep it and make your own adjustments to it?
