I was looking for a harness vest and went to their site. They had an easy go step in harness listed under harness vests. It is nothing like a harness vest and very complicated to put on (which I wanted something easy). It also has a long long part that will hang down if not attached to the leash (so the dog will trip)
When I asked them for a return, they were very rude saying "that is your opinion" (when I told them how I felt about it). Terrible customer service. I paid $19.00 plus $6.50 shipping and tax. I will only get about $6 back (can't remember how much the tax was) if I return this UN-USED with tags on it, item. I will avoid shopping htere in the future!
