hmm I don't know about that since my puppy was only $500. I know that my sister only asks for HALF of that price. I guess just email the adoption agency and ask them how they justify it.
I have seen chi puppies go for $900 though on Petfinder. Sometimes I wonder if people are just trying to sell them under a rescue coverup. |
