I do believe it's only bad for them if that's ALL they have, just because the hard food helps remove tartar on their teeth. I feed Merricks wet with Chicken Soup dry. I know Cali likes the variety. What has helped me is putting Cali on a feeding schedule..that way she WANTS to eat the dry because shes hungry. I used to feed wet in the evenings, but shed hold out for it all day, so now I do it in the mornings...
