I noticed you stated paper train...are you referring to weewee pads? My babies use weewee pads. Timmy will be 5 months and Mimi will be 4 months old next week. We are now 100% potty trained! Its takes time and you have to be consistant. I took mine to the pads every 1/2 hour when I first got them and told them "Go potty" make sure you stick with one word. Everytime they went potty I praised them and gave them treats. If I wasn't able to watch them I would put them in their crates. Just remember never let her out of your sight. If she makes a mistake tell her NO and put her on the pads or where ever else you want her to go potty then put her in her crate. When ever you see her sniffing around the floor get her attention and tell her to follow you to the potty area and tell her go potty. Try not to carry her too much to her potty area. Doing this will teach her where she needs to go. Another thing...don't clean up the mess when she is watching you. Place her in her crate and then go clean it up. You can use vinegar and water to clean the area.

It will get better for you... like I said it takes time.
