I have a book on Natural Healing, here is what it says for Natural Remedies for pets.

Flea Repellent:
The best defence against fleas and ticks is to feed your pet a high quality, natural pet food, add 1/4 teaspoon of brewers yeast per 10 pounds of body weight to the food. The yeast will make the pets blood taste bitter to pest, keeping them from biting. Also, buy a flea collar that contains citronella and eucalyptus oils.

it also says for Itch relief:
If your pets are constantly scratching, add 1/4 teaspoon of brewers yeast or 1 capsule of garlic per 10 pounds of body weight to their daily diet. Brewers yeast helps maintain a healthy coat, and garlic works to cleance the blood.

I will start a new thread to let others read this.
