How hot are you talking? Be careful with the fan as this can cause dehydration and since they are already vomiting ---

It could also be curdled milk if they're still nursing which I guess could be caused by excessive heat, but it could also be caused by bacteria in the mom's milk. Does the mom have any fever or hot, red, teats?

A mother can be "worm free" according to fecal exams, but late stage pregnancy causes dormant worms in the mom's intestine to "come alive" and then they are passed through the mother's milk so that is why most breeders worm Mom and pups several times starting as early as 3 weeks. I actually like to hold off a little longer because my pups are very small.

If they have enough worms to be throwing them up (which isn't that uncommon, they can multiply quickly) you should also see a bloated tummy and be hearing them cough slightly or clear their throat.
