I just did a free quote from VPI ( http://www.petinsurance.com ) and for less then $30/month I can have the VPI Superior Plan and Vaccination and Routine Care Coverage. sounds pretty good, I will want to take a good look at there site and maybe call and talk to a live person. I did a search on YT for this and found some positive feed back.
