My guys had Giardia too, but they only took medication for 2 weeks and now their stool is normal. Did the vet send the stool sample to the lab? The vet we went to said that you normally cannot see Giardia in a stool sample at the office, it has to be sent to the lab. We were on vacation when we had to take our guys in for treatment and didn't have time to wait for lab results so they treated them, assuming it was Giardia. Perhaps your baby doesn't have Giardia, since a month of Flagyl should have taken care of it.
