I've downloaded all the different programs for the avatars, but I'm still having trouble getting nice square pictures. On the programs, it has what size to make the pictures, but not how many pixels.. so when I get ready to upload them it tell me they are too big. Ok...Exactly which program are you using to crop ? In most editing programs there is a Crop Tool. It kind of looks like sissors.....If you tell me which program you're using to crop to the Square shape at 75 pixels - I can look at it and see how to do it correctly....does this help ?
