I emailed the attorney that is handleing a civil case lawsuit and he told me it is scheduled for September,I asked him if he could keep me up-to-date on this case, I am one of the many that want to see Brushy Creek GONE!!! I don't know what the ad in the chronicle meant but they finally listed all the breeds they have in one ad instead of 10 diffrent ads. At least people know what they're dealing with (a puppymiller) crook.
