I do have some advice for you. Everytime your dog starts to chew something inappropriate, redirect him to a chew toy with lots of praise. So, if he starts to chew on a shoe for example, immediately put his dog toy in his mouth with lots of praise "GOOOOOD boy!!! YAY". That's what we always did, but we always had larger dogs. Hope this works.
I am sure I will be asking plenty of questions myself. I am picking up our new addition tomorrow. Never owned a Yorkie before - wish me luck! I hope a male is a good choice. I've read lots of things about leg lifting on here
