While I do think it is a wonderful idea, it's a HUGE commitment. For instance, what will you do with the dogs when you want to go on vacation? What will you do with a dog whom you can't rehome because he bites? (Apparently you can be held liable if a dog you rehome bites someone).

I agree with the advise to talk to Cindy/LivingDustMops. She has 10 dogs that she has rescued and is helping an organization to set up their rescue program.
