I doubt it.
She's not spending her time in there thinking "this is where I should potty". I expect she's thinking "What's wrong with Mom? Why am I in here?"
I think 2 things are going on here. One, I expect she does still have tummy cramps and things just aren't quite right. Second, you've had her a VERY short time. She hasn't had time for toilet training to be well-learned. At this point, any interruption in routine will set you back.
I'd just go back to how you were training her - keeping an eagle eye on her at all times, rewarding her for getting it right, wisking her off to the appropriate spot when she gets it wrong.
